Absolutely one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. This Pieology prominently advertises fountain drinks as soon as you walk in, yet they don’t actually have any. Instead, you have to pay separately for each canned soda or buy lemonade. The lemonade supposedly includes refills—but the restaurant didn’t even have ice. The employees making our pizzas were unbelievably rude and acted like serving us was a major inconvenience. Then our bill came to more than $85 for four people. When I tried to pay with a $100 bill, the cashier simply said she couldn’t accept it. I asked, “What do you expect me to do?” Her response was, “I don’t know.” No apology, no attempt to help, and absolutely no customer service whatsoever. To make it worse, the people who appeared to be the owners were sitting at a table the entire time and seemingly watched all of this happen without stepping in. For more than $85, you would expect decent food, available drinks, ice, and employees who treat customers with basic respect. Apparently, that is asking far too much at this location. No A/C it had to be 85 degrees in there, No Water, No Ice, No Menu, No Prices, and the staff was terrible! Had to remake my pizza because they kept adding toppings I didn’t want twice…..they didn’t want to help and wanted to stand around and talk! Hopefully this place just closes so something better will fill that location!

Seriously disappointed with my experience. This is how I received the cinnamon churro pizza. There’s a HOLE in the middle of the pizza! When I placed my order, the employee asked me how to make it, even though it’s a menu item. The restaurant was practically empty, yet the service was still poor. It was also extremely hot inside. While I was waiting, the only other customer was having his pizza remade because the first one came out burnt. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t return.

Came in 6/6/26. The place was totally empty which we thought was good for fast service, but the two people who were here looked totally lost on what to do. This location doesn’t have the machine to round the dough anymore so they tried to do it by hand but the shape was very bad and even small. One pizza was badly over cooked and mine was cooked enough but was half the size it should be. Almost like the workers either didn’t know how to do it right or too lazy. Probably a training issue. Since the food was so bad we requested a refund but the main worker didn’t know how to issue a refund. Also they had no ice, the fountain machine is gone too and the place felt dead. Came in the next day for the refund and the manager is working totally alone and knew what she was doing but the day prior should not happen if the place was managed right.

Pieology is hands down one of my favorite pizza spots. From the moment you walk in, the place feels calm and well-organized. It’s usually quiet, there aren’t long wait times, and the staff is quick to take your order. What really stood out to me was how patient and friendly they were when I had questions. The Pieology concept was new to me — the different crusts, ingredients, and build-your-own options — and they took the time to explain everything without rushing me. The ingredients look fresh and high quality, and the restaurant itself is very clean. You can actually see the care that goes into how the pizzas are made. The pizza is excellent. The crust is crispy on the outside, soft inside, and baked perfectly. The toppings are generous, evenly distributed, and taste fresh — not greasy or overcooked. Everything tastes balanced, from the sauce to the cheese to the toppings. Overall, it’s a great experience every time: good food, friendly service, clean environment, and consistent quality. If you’re looking for a pizza place where you can customize your order and still get a high-quality result, Pieology is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!
